Tasting Notes: Dark cherry red color. Monastrell typical varietal notes (ripe fruit) and nuances of parenting (vanilla and cinnamon). The palate is expressive, powerful and balanced. It is expected a very good evolution in bottle over the next year.
The limestone hills and rocky soil, the extreme climate and the careful work of its people, are united from time immemorial for creating unique wines of Jumilla.
With grapes of the Monastrell and Tempranillo varieties, selected payments from and after six months of aging in oak barrels and many more in a wine bottle get polished as the ruby-raising, with iridescent tiles. In Monastrell are conjoined with spice, vanilla and cinnamon, slightly raising esborzados. Tasty, round and expressive.
